Sunday How-to-Live Classes
Sunday How-to-Live Classes
Every Sunday, a team of dedicated volunteer teachers shares the timeless “How-to-Live” principles taught by Paramahansa Yogananda. These age-appropriate classes help children explore values like love, wisdom, respect, friendliness, and devotion to God in a safe and nurturing environment. Children also learn simple and practical techniques to connect with God and apply spiritual principles in their daily lives.
Teen Program (Ages 13–17)
The Teen Program is currently on pause due to low attendance. We are actively working to relaunch the program once a consistent group of teens is formed. In the meantime, teens are encouraged to:
Attend the 11:00 AM Sunday Service
Participate in the online How-to-Live classes
Volunteer by assisting teachers in the Junior Class (ages 7–12)
Sunday School Program (Ages 3–12+)
Classes are held every Sunday during the main service at 11:00 AM. Parents are welcome to walk their children to their classrooms and sign them in upon arrival.
10:50 – 11:00 AM: Pre-service activities
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Prayers, energization exercises, chanting, meditation, and engaging How-to-Live lessons
Please pick up your child immediately after the service ends.
Parent-Child Room (Ages 0–3)
Families with infants and toddlers are welcome to use our Parent-Child Room, located in the building to the left of the main chapel. The room is equipped with age-appropriate toys and activities, and a large screen allows parents to watch and listen to the morning service while supervising their little ones.
Note: A monthly newsletter is emailed to parents with updates on special Sunday School events and commemoration ceremonies.
